Lindsay Lohan’s Big Headline
In what still appears a somewhat strange obsession of the media on both sides of the Atlantic, one of the biggest celebrity headlines of the year was Lindsay Lohan’s relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson. We have always enjoyed LL’s slightly bohemian lifestyle, seemingly happy whether she is acting, singing or being a model.
LL began her career at age three with work for Ford Models and Calvin Klein. With a start like that, and great success in movies alongside moderate success as a singer, perhaps it is no wonder Lindsay has chosen film roles both large and small. Growing up in public is an occupational hazard of Hollywood starlets and it wasn’t long before big-boy magazines started taking notice.
Lohan was voted No 10 in FHM’s 100 sexiest women in 2006, and No 3 in Maxim’s Hot 100. In 2007 Lindsay Lohan was right up at No 1 in the Maxim list. The combination of career exposure and public lifestyle in our cameras-are-everywhere world brings some people to prominence, in Lohan’s case around 19 years of her 22 years of life so far. Amazing!
